Before you write

Recording fails on every stream

Run get_tools.bat in the app folder, restart LiveCatch, try again. This fixes 8 of 10 reports.

The app says "not live yet" but it is live

Click Log and read the last lines; for TikTok, set a cookies.txt (see docs). If still stuck, send the log.
