14-day money-back guarantee

If LiveCatch Pro isn't right for you, email support within 14 days of purchase with the email address you bought with (or your order number) and we refund the full amount, no questions asked. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment – the card used at checkout – normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. Refunds are never issued to a different card, account or as store credit. Your licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

After 14 days

Monthly and yearly licences are prepaid for their period and are not refundable after 14 days, but they never renew without your action, so there is nothing to cancel. Lifetime licences are not refundable after 14 days.

Problems recording

LiveCatch depends on third-party platforms that change often. If a stream fails to record, please contact support first – in almost all cases updating the recording engine (Start Menu → LiveCatch → Update yt-dlp and ffmpeg) fixes it within minutes. If we can't get it working for you, we refund regardless of the 14-day window.

Duplicate or mistaken purchases

Bought twice by accident, or the wrong plan? Email us and we'll refund the duplicate or switch the plan and refund the difference.
